These people are amazing and I mean like great but they also have a little bias to them haha. Soooo I didn't have great insurance or insurance at all, they took me and I was I was so absolutely positively greatful!! It was to get some crowns and like some pretty decent work done. I'm paying cash with my own money, plus their insurance. I didn't pay for like a while and I knew I could and would, so when I went back just for a check up, they said "we will not" do anything for you until you have paid. I paid everything I mean like over $2k ..... Fast forward till now... like two years later. I go to another dentist and they never actually finished the job 😆😆..... initially creating a $3300 job for me currently haha... All I'm saying Is like when you your root canal, make sure you actually got them capped from another doctor before getting played. I now have a shakes tooth because they never actually capped my tooth cause most likely, they thought I wouldn't pay and would just like bounce but now I'm stuck with having to bind my tooth for 3300 because they actually didn't do their job........ like I said they are great but check your stuff before paying off your entire debt and being stuck with more debt. I love my smile and I will pay whatever but they played TF outta me hahahahahaha
I have been going to Pinnacle Family Dental for 9 years. In all of my years, this is the finest practice I have ever used. They are all so friendly. Dr. Pete is a master at his trade. I hardly feel when he is administering the novocaine. He is meticulous in his work and personable as well. Pinnacle deserves a 5 star review.
I cannot speak highly enough about my experience with Dr. Pete and Amanda. From the moment I stepped into the office, I was greeted warmly and made to feel comfortable. Not only is the atmosphere welcoming, but the level of care and professionalism displayed by Amanda and Dr Pete truly sets them apart. They took the time to listen to my concerns and thoroughly explain each step of the process, alleviating any anxiety I had about my dental visit. I wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone in need of dental care. Thank you for a fantastic experience!

I have been a patient of Dr Johnson for many years and I have always believed the care I was given was of the highest quality, from Cindy and Deanna at the front desk to any of the capable, caring Hygienists, I have felt that my needs were met, my concerns taken care of and in several oral emergency situations, I was seen within hours! Highly recommend this Practice!

Once again, Dr. Johnson delivered top notch skill and service! I had a tooth break off, at the root, on Easter,( a lateral incisor). I thought I would be referred to an oral surgeon to have the roots cut out. To my surprise, Dr. Johnson actually made a new tooth while I was in the chair. His expertise amazes me. The tooth looks just like my others, even in the color tone. I have recommended this practice to friends and family and will continue to. The entire staff is wonderful!! Thanks so much for giving me back my smile! 😁 5 Stars!
Everyone there is easy to deal with and very helpful plus makes being at the dentist office not so bad. Dr. Johnson doesn't try to make you get work that you don't need. I'll never go anyplace else and recommend their practice.

This practice was amazing. My former hygienist left my former dental practice, and the hygienists who remained were all well versed in using the water tool for cleanings, but not very effective when it came to hand scaling (scraping). I absolutely hate the water tool (it's painful), and they just weren't doing a thorough enough job cleaning using the hand scaling method. So I got some recommendations from friends on Facebook and ended up choosing this practice with Wendy as my hygienist. She was so thorough, gentle too, and my husband has since signed up to visit her for a cleaning. Some other things that I loved about this practice are that both the dentist and Wendy were super-tech-savvy, and were able to show me the status of the condition of all of my teeth using a digital screen and hi-def photos. My husband had an out-of-state emergency root canal done last summer, but all of the x-rays were useless to our former practice because they didn't have the technology to receive them through email. I have no doubt that the folks at Johnson would be able to accept email x-rays or anything that requires new technology, and they'll be able to more effectively monitor the progress of my teeth using their digital software. Additionally, everyone, including the dentist and receptionists seemed knowledgable and very kind. This visit was my first, but my husband and family will all be joining me too.

I love the fact that they greet you by name as soon as you walk in. They are very thorough, professional, and so friendly! I feel like family every time I'm there.
It had been 4 years since I had seen a dentist, so I was a bit nervous when I went in for my first visit. Immediately when I came in, the hygienist was amazing, friendly, and made me feel like I was a long-lost friend. Shortly after being examined, Dr. Johnson came in and he was just as friendly as the rest of the staff. They were caring, thoughtful, empathetic, and had some excellent technology (TV's above for the long work to be done). I will definitely be going there again and referring others.
The entire staff is very pleasant and knowledgeable. The practice uses state of the art technology for cleaning, exams and making crowns. Every visit is a pleasant one.
